On Ramp is a class where the client comes firstly to learn and secondly to be part of a hard hitting work out.
The class will begin by teaching fundamental tenants of strength training or Olympic lifting, depending on the day.
You don’t need a notebook (although it could help), but you need to be receptive to learning.
What you learn in this class will help ensure your safety and improvement going forward.
For those with limited experience, this class is a requirement before entering the CrossFit class.
